Welcome

Thank you for visiting the Department of Counseling, Higher Education Leadership, Educational Psychology, and Foundations (CHEF)'s website at the College of Education, Mississippi State University. At CHEF, we are dedicated to our firm belief to lead innovation through teaching and learning. Our philosophy is to work closely with students and guide them to develop a deep commitment and respect for themselves and others, their chosen disciplines, and the people they will be working with in their future careers. Our programs contribute to human development, adjustment and change by encouraging our diverse faculty and student body to engage in effective practice, innovative inquiry, and responsible social action.
